No Stress, No Mess

Do you experience moderate to heavy stress?Let's take a walk down a cobblestone street. There are beautiful tall evergreen trees there. The grass is green, and the dandelions are growing wild. Sunflowers grow tall and bright yellow. There is a sweet smell of honeysuckle from the many flowers that line this street.

As we journey further down this street, there is a flowing stream that runs under an approaching bridge. As we stop to just look at the water, it is so clear, that it seems everything living under its surface is smiling and dancing.

As we gaze up into the sky, we just gasp at the deep blue that surrounds all the earth as far as we can see. The soft melody of birds seem to be singing in a chorus unlike any other. What is this place? Where is it?

You don't have to "let your fingers do the walking." You don't have to "search the net." If you just relax, close your eyes and desire to see the beauty created for you, it will always be there.

Don't let yourself stress out. Stress is Severe Tightening Resulting in Extreme Severe Senselessness! Stress causes you to be a mess.

The place described above is a place to go to chill out. Take a chance. When you can totally identify with the elements of that "secret" place, then resume whatever you need to, in order to complete your task, chore, job or day.
