God Talks Part Two

Interviewer: Its amazing to think that all people want in Hell is one drop ofwater.GOD: There's no water in Hell, no air and no escape. Think of all the things water does. It makes all life. Without water there are only rocks and minerals. I hate to put my creation there but I will. I dread the day.Interviewer: Well, no one has to go there. You certainly give them enoughopportunity to escape it while on earth. It's so puzzling why so many peoplesteer clear of just asking a simple question.GOD: I don't see how I could have made it any easier. Simply ask to be savedfrom Hell and I will come into you and keep you from it.Interviewer: What do you think is the main reason people don't do that?GOD: Pride, they think others will see a weakness in them. They feel shame orsome other kind of distaste.Interviewer: How strange, if they were suffering from some other lack theywould certainly have no qualms about asking for help. Like if they neededfood, or medical aid.GOD: I wonder why they don't consider a request to THE LORD for his gift ofheaven as basic as a need for food and shelter.Interviewer: It makes no sense. Shouldn't one be suspicious of something likethat when it makes no sense. Even if it didn't work and they discover whenthey died that there is no GOD, what would be the difference? If we told theworld that you would find perfect health from skipping backwards under a fullmoon every other Wednesday after cutting their hair and there were soliddocumented evidence it worked, people would be tripping over each other doingit.GOD: Stupid isn't it?Interviewer: So basically its just Jesus that gets this bad wrap? The worldnever puts down Buddha or Hinduism. No oneis offended. They respect it, the world stands up for your free rights to bewhat you want, making sure no one takes away our freedom, but somehow theybelieve when Jesus is mentioned it takes away their rights to be free.GOD: When I advertise giving eternal life and will take away all theirburdens.Interviewer: Its so confusing.GOD: How do you think I feel?Interviewer: Why is it just Jesus that's disrespected?GOD: Because its the only one that works?Interviewer: I think you would be confused. But I guess there is an opposingforce working here.GOD: Undoubtedly any child would see it.Interviewer: You say in the word that if people really love you they won't dowrong, they will keep your word. How can you say everyone that does wrongafter meeting you doesn't love you?GOD: Love is a substance, a power. I am that power, it is a force. People mayfeel love for a time, when with me, but it quickly fades because they don'tspend enough time with me. The more time you spend with someone the more youlove them. When you really love something you want them with you, you hurtwhen they are gone, you miss them.Interviewer: So when people really get your love power in them by spendingtime with you, they miss it when they do wrong?GOD: Just because you've met me doesn't mean we spend a lot of time together.
