Missing

Deuteronomy 33:27 The eternal God is your refuge, and His everlasting arms are under you.Waiting to fly to Savannah, I could not help but watch as the passengers came off the plane I was to board.Some of the folks were businesspeople, others were college students, families and singles. As they emerged from the jetway, I noticed that something was missing. There were no smiles on their faces, no anticipatory look in their eyes- no scanning the terminal for someone to meet them. The joy of reunion- be it family or business- has been robbed from us since the horror which happened on Sept.11th. What a shame.

God is always waiting to meet us. He is anticipating our arrival from the plane of life. His arms are outstretched in love, and we can be assured we will have a smile on our face as He enfolds us in His everlasting arms.
