No Longer Broken

One day we got a little surprise in our house.A cute baby bird was still learning to fly and it seems it got its wing injured somehow and fell in our balcony. It tried to hide from us. Finally, I embraced it in my hands. It endeavored hard to escape fearing of more hurt. I felt its tender tiny heart racing beneath my fingers. I held it close until it calmed down. Few days later, it recovered and freshly ventured into the skies again.

That baby bird has taught us that it is never the end of the world when our "wing(s)" are broken. In fact, it is the time for real divine blessings. The world's wisdom declares, "a bird with broken wing can not fly." God says, "a bird with broken wing is in my Hands, showered with my utmost love, care and strength. At the right time, all wounds will heal and it courageously ventures into the skies."

Friend, God feels your racing heart. He understands. Sometimes, we may try to hide from Him for fear of more hurt like the baby bird. Praise God that He never gives up searching for us. He tucks us into His bosom with His Heart radiating love and grace to calm our souls.

Anytime you may go through a spiritual challenge, remember the baby bird and your being in God's Hands.
