Take a Skittle ReadingTeens know a lot more about people than we give them credit for. My daughter was telling me yesterday, for instance, that if you want to know how much people truly like you, approach them when they have a bag of Skittles. If they don't readily offer to fork over a Skittle or two, no real love there. If they offer, but they're the kind of friends who pour them into their own hand first, then pick you out a yellow or a green one, still pretty surfacey, wimpy kind of love. If it's a real, genuine, unselfish love, they'll give you a handful. And not just any random handful. No, they'll make sure you get plenty of reds and purples. That's love, man.
